About Us

Raise Empowerment And Development Initiative (READI) is a non-governmental organization registered (NGO) with the overreaching purpose of empowering the people in the community to help them maximize their full potential to embrace life in its fullness while individually and collectively contributing to a better society.

READI partners with local and international partners to create programs aimed at supporting the least privileged within communities.

READI is committed to the sustainable livelihood of underprivileged women, children, and men through self-help projects, education, and training. READI has an overarching mission of empowerment to promote the well-being of the people in local communities where our projects operate.

WHAT WE DO

We are involved in community development, capacity building, economic empowerment, social counselling, social mobilization, raising awareness on climate change and education on health and awareness.

READI works with vulnerable groups within society and supports these groups to develop socially and economically, combing local recourses with international support.
