READI is involved in community development, capacity building, economic empowerment, social mobilization, raising awareness and education initiatives. READI as a global force along with its partners are dedicated to improving the lives and wellbeing of the underprivileged and unrepresented populace.

READI will provide humanitarian services and train socially and economically underprivileged women, children and men in Africa, encouraging the development of productive and self-reliant community members. We promote innovative solutions with lasting change through:
